2014 in review

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2014 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

The concert hall at the Sydney Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 27,000 times in 2014. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 10 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.

And all of this although I was inactive in 2014! Dota is still my passian as it has been for 7 years now. Although not being very active myself due to travelling and studies I still follow the scene. We will see where the journey leads us 🙂

Kennen wir ihn nicht alle, diesen einen Freund, der jeden Stack mit seinem sehr mittelmäßigen Gameplay, ins Abgrundlose nach unten zieht? Meist ist dabei nicht das Gameplay, sondern der Matchmaking-Pool des besagten Spielers ausschlaggebend.

Wenn man 5 Mann zusammengetrommelt hat, fällt dies natürlich nicht ins Gewicht. Wenn jedoch noch 2 Randompubs dazugeholt werden müssen, können furchtbare Malheure auftreten. Ich nenne ein Beispiel:

Dota 2 in 2014

It has been a great year for Dota2 and 2014 will surely be even better.  TI4 will be bigger and dota 2 get more and more recognition and  the tournaments more price money.

For my own part, I will continue creating Dota2 videos and hopefully get a lot better at it.

In March I will also go to Korea for studies and I will see how things will turn out.
